Club Amenities first goal is to protect our Customers and our second goal is to offer quality and unique products to our Customers.

1. The minimum order is $20.00 per purchase.
2. Prices may change without notice, however if prices should change the Customer will be notified prior to shipment
3. Returned checks and credit card back charges will be subject to a $35.00 processing fee and collection fees.
4. Club Amenities reserves the right to deny purchasing privileges to Customers that do not practice fair trade practices
5. Customer information is not shared, sold, or traded with any other entity, person or corporation.
6. Returned merchandise must be in good condition and will be subject to review before a refund amount is determined
7. To return merchandise a pre-authorization number must be obtained and the merchandise must be returned within 30 days, at the Customer’s expense.
8. Purchasers suspected of credit card fraud, passing bad or stolen checks, or identity theft will have their information turned over to federal law enforcement agents.
