Soak your body or the part of your body that needs special attention in a warm bath for approximately 5 minutes. BIOMES Therapeutic Mineral Salts can be added to your bath for extra value. Gently swirl the BIOMES Loofah-Terry Glove in rounded motions over the area needing attention. Shower luke warm water with Alter Ego Moisture Plus Body Wash, pat dry with soft terry towel. Lightly apply BIOMES Grape Seed or Coconut Oil to exfoliated area and let soak in for 3 minutes. For a refreshing rehydrating and stimulating effect you may want to mist with BIOMES Jojoba Hydrosol: Lavender.
